The free ERD tool easyrd inherits the advantages of dbdiagram, providing a platform for anyone to easily create and share diagrams.
Designed based on dbml, it simplifies script generation and offers free diagram sharing functionality.
Currently in beta, we plan to continuously add features such as automatic DDL generation, diagram history recording, and improve the user experience in the future.
Introduction
Hello. Today, I'd like to introduce easyrd, a new ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) tool. ERDs are essential diagrams used in database design to visually represent the relationships between tables. While various ERD tools exist, dbdiagram has gained popularity among many users due to its intuitive UI and powerful features. However, its subscription-based model might limit accessibility for some users.
What is Easyrd?
Therefore, we have launched the easyrd service, which inherits the advantages of dbdiagram while being offered for free. Easyrd is designed using dbml, the open-source software that dbdiagram utilizes, allowing anyone to easily generate diagram scripts. Furthermore, users can sharethe generated diagrams, and this is also provided free of charge.
Future Plans and Roadmap
Currently in beta, we plan to continuously introduce new features and improve the UX in the future. This includes automating DDL generation and recording diagram history. Feel free to use it and let us know any improvements you'd suggest!
